Students, faculty, and administration recently returned from OMED ’19. OMED is an annual conference known as the world’s largest gathering of osteopathic physicians. This year’s conference was held in Baltimore, Maryland.
Students and faculty were joined for dinner by Dr. Mark Speicher, AACOM Senior Vice President for Medical Education & Research. It was an honor to be joined by such a prestigious leader. Dr. Speicher will be traveling to ARCOM to speak to our faculty later this week.
ACHE President, Brian Kim, JD also attended OMED ’19. He is pictured below with the new AOA CEO, Dr. Kevin Klauer and his wife, Tamara. The Klauers very kindly took the time to greet our group.
ARCOM Dean, Dr. Rance McClain, spoke at this year’s conference. He is pictured below delivering a lecture on the importance of creating a healthy work/life balance.
